Having had the first book, The LEGO Neighborhood Book, I had to get book two when it came out and I was not disappointed. Just as good as the first one. Not only does it give you a bunch of ideas and tips on building your own town, it includes actual building instructions for three buildings inside this volume (much like the first book).
